Rome and end of an amazing adventure

We ended up taking two trains, some 14 hours of train travel to get our unboxed bicycles from Taranto in Puglia to Rome.  We arrived in Rome at 11:30 p.m. and ended up riding to our B&B at mid-night with a stop at Trevi Fountain.  The ride was magical at mid-night with very light car traffic and glowing streets.

This ended our two month trip to Greece and Italy (Puglia).  Our final trip statistics are:

910 Kilometers of riding and 21,100 ft of elevation gain.
