2025 France & Spain Adventure - Lyon & Vienne

Last year we had left our bicycles outside of Lyon at our friends and Sylvain was very nice and brought our bikes to our hotel in Lyon. We spent three nights in Lyon exploring and getting ready for the ride.

Summer 2025 Europe - Paris day 1-3

 Our bicycle trip this year started by a five day stay in Paris to celebrate Anne's 68 birthday, with a dinner at Eiffel Tour.

Summer 2025 European Bicycle Tour Continues

Summer 2025 Northern European Bicycle Tour Continues

Last summer we started our bicycle tour in Amsterdam and rode through Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and halfway down length of France to Lyon.  This year we will pick up just outside of Lyon where we left our bicycles last summer with our friends Sylvain and Sandra and then ride south to Provence, then head west along the Mediterranean all the way to southwest corner of France and then climb up through the Pyrenees into Spain ridding inland for a while and the to the Costa Brava and eventually end our trip in Barcelona and fly home.

From Macon we rode along the Saone most of the way and climbed a few hills to get to Lyon, where we stayed for two nights, visiting our friends Cindy and Pierre, and thier daughters.
